According to Joseph Addison, “Education is a companion which, no misfortune can depress, no crime can destroy, no enemy can alienate, no despotism can enslave. At home a friend, abroad an introduction, in solitude a solace, and in society an ornament. It chastens vice, it guides virtue, it gives at once grace and government to genius. Without it what is man? A splendid slave, a reasoning savage.”

Academic excellence along with co-curricular activities has been the hallmark of Pt. Ram Lal Senior Secondary School. As someone rightly said 'the aim of education is the knowledge not of fact, but of values', we provide a platform to our children to showcase their talents and discover a new facet of their personality. Our endeavour is also to inculcate leadership qualities in our children.

A child requires for its growth not only food and shelter, but also the various social and emotional experiences that come from love and affection shown to him and also the training given to him. Intellectual and social development of a child depends on a large extent not only on the brain inherited, but also on the environmental opportunities available. We should try to give our child the best of the worlds, school as well as home. We should try to infuse in them a liberal spirit of humanism to nurture their physical, intellectual and aesthetic facets. At Pt. Ram Lal Senior Secondary School it is our sincere endeavor to delineate a program of study, games & curricular activity which help a child to appreciate knowledge and not compel to seek it Let us pledge together to devote our physical and mental skills and nourish our children and build the future of India. Let us remember that the future is in the hands of youth.
